The Asylum and Refugee Community (ARC) Blackburn provides practical support to asylum seekers and refugees in Blackburn with Darwen, Lancashire. We pride ourselves on working in partnership with other local and national organisations in order to provide our service users with as many opportunities as possible.

We offer help with:

• Understanding documents and letters from the Home Office
• Welfare benefits e.g. Universal Credits
• Housing guidance and access to limited accommodation (subject to availability)
• Opening Bank Accounts
• ESOL Hub registration
• Writing emails and letters
• Employment support
• Access to education and training opportunities
• Access to health and other services
• Access to opportunities and events
