Dav Mak Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping) provides emotional wellbeing support to individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, overwhelm and life challenges. EFT is a gentle, evidence-informed technique that helps regulate emotions and support mental wellbeing.

We are currently looking to work in partnership with charities and community organisations that support:

• Women and mothers
• Survivors of domestic abuse
• Young adults
• Individuals experiencing emotional stress and life transitions
