We Belong

We host monthly in-person gatherings in both London and Manchester, usually on the last Wednesday or Thursday of each month.

These events create space for young people to build friendships and community. Our gatherings emphasise storytelling, connecting participants through shared experiences and reinforcing why we campaign for change.

Our Legal Advice Clinic provides free legal advice from experienced solicitors to young people aged 16-25 who:

• Have lived in the UK since childhood and need to regularise their immigration status

• Have questions about their current immigration status

• Hold Limited Leave to Remain and are applying for Indefinite Leave to Remain after 5 years of continuous limited leave

Sessions are typically held weekly, with specific dates announced monthly through our newsletter and social media (@webelong19).

WeBelong offers several ways to get involved:

• Structured Volunteer Programmes supporting our projects

• Work Experience Placements across our campaigns and projects

• Core Group membership for those with lived experience of the UK immigration system who want to participate in organisational decision-making
