Big Life Group - Be Well Service
Be Well is for anyone who who is registered with a Manchester GP.
Be Well is here to help you find a way to live and feel well whatever twists and turns life brings. We can even help you get on top of work, family and money worries.
Support Services Include:
• Physical health- Accessing weight management groups, increasing exercise or movement, understanding current eating habits and healthy swaps, physical activity, referral to PARS
• Mental Health and Wellbeing- Confidence building, improving motivation, talking therapies and self-help referrals, managing worries and negative thinking
• Staying in Work- In work access to physio, HR advice and mental health and wellbeing coaching
• Finding Paid Work, Training or Volunteering- Support to help you find your next opportunity, including advice with job search, CV’s, application forms and interviews techniques

Learn Well offers courses on everything from CV writing, interview techniques, to mindfulness and parenting skills, resilience to eating well, both online and in the community.
Our free courses are open to anyone who wants to learn and improve their wellbeing.

Big Life Group - Talking Therapies Manchester
Therapy at NHS Stockport Talking Therapies involves talking to a trained professional about your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. Therapy can be provided one-to-one, in a group, over the phone, via video call or online. Depending on the type of therapy you access, we will see you for up to 6 sessions and each session runs for 30 or 60 minutes.
We offer a wide range of therapies recommended by the National Institute for Health & Care Excellence (NICE), which use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
