Point of Growth - Swimming 4 Newly Arrived
A free swimming initiative aiming to give immigrant males 14+ an accessible, supportive activity targeting inclusion, mental/physical health, and a confidence boost.
Whilst also opening future opportunities and career paths.
The number of participants will be 30, completing 1-hour sessions 5 days a week.
Swimming will help teach them life-saving skills, provide them with social inclusion in the local community, and help them reduce stress through exercise.
