The International Rescue Committee (IRC) offers services to support refugees and asylum seekers into work in the UK.

This programme supports refugees and asylum seekers (with the right to work) to build and develop the confidence and skills needed for employment in the UK. 

This programme offers:

• A 6 session Job Readiness Training (online) to help you understand the UK job market, create a CV and cover letter, apply for jobs, and prepare for interviews.

• Up to 3 months of one-on-one employment support (online).

• A range of workshops (in-person or online) which provide focused support on CV and cover letter drafting and interview practice.

English language skills – able to communicate about work history and goals in English and join employability training to build job skills. Living in England
