Beam - The Refugee Rent Deposit Scheme
This scheme is designed to help remove some of the barriers that refugees facing housing issues might experience with accessing tenancies in the Private Rented Sector (PRS).
Participants in this scheme will be able to access a rental deposit for a PRS tenancy, alongside specialised 1-to-1 support with house hunting and tenancy sustainment.
Service includes:
• Budgeting
• If unaffordable, can provide employment support
• 1-1 Housing Support
• Funding for deposits
• Paperwork and sustainment support
