Pathways to Work (Employability Support)

Pathways to Work is a project providing pre-employment support to refugees, asylum seekers and other vulnerable migrants across England. This is a digital service and all your sessions will be delivered via Microsoft Teams/ Zoom (the video meeting service).

Services include:

• An eight-week employability group programme

AND/OR

• 1-2-1 employment support.

You will need:

The ability to communicate in English without an interpreter. Your English level needs to be Entry 3 upwards. We can assess your English language level if you are unsure.

Employment-related aspirations or goals (for example, you want to get a job, work experience, start a training course, explore further education or secure a volunteering opportunity)
