Vulcan offers free use of gym and equipment for men and women of all experience.

All gym users must complete a full gym induction and gym etiquette training in order to access the services.

Gym inductions happen every Wednesday and Friday at 14:15pm, just turn up.

Please note that the gym is open to all the community between 10:00-16:00.
