Catch22 - Employment and Training
Catch22 is a charity that provides support and services for young people and families facing various challenges across the UK.
We deliver high-quality, tailored programmes that equip individuals facing barriers to work with the support they need for a path into sustainable employment or training.
Services include:
Support into work - Our core employability programmes equip individuals facing barriers to work with the skills and confidence they need to sustain in work or training.
Each person we work with receives:
• flexible, face-to-face community-based sessions with a dedicated Catch22 advisor,
• group development sessions,
• a unique action plan,
• support on CV writing, job searching and interview preparation,
• access to training support to upskill and undergo accredited training, and
• an advisor working with you and your employer for up to twelve months in a new role.
Digital Skills - Our digital skills programmes are designed to provide opportunities for people from excluded groups to get working in digital or tech enabled roles.
Participants complete individual and team-based projects and tasks to develop their skills and knowledge.
They then receive continued support from an employment advisor to sustain in work in the technology sector, including tailoring their CV and cover letter and interview preparation techniques specific to technology and digital roles.
Social Action - Our social action programmes enable young people to come together to meet new people and learn new skills whilst doing something positive for their local community.
