Nilaari
We are a black-led charity and for over two decades, we’ve been dedicated to providing mental health assistance, particularly to adults from Black, Asian, and Minoritized Communities. Our therapists offer various talking therapies that are sensitive to different cultures and responsive to individual needs, aiming to lessen the impact of emotional mental distress. Additionally, our practitioners are committed to offering comprehensive support and advice tailored to each person’s unique situation. How to Refer For Professionals: If you think someone you’re assisting might benefit from Nilaari’s services, please touch base with us before directing them our way. By doing this, we can share more about what we offer and you can inform us about the individual’s specific needs. For Individuals: If you’re facing challenges and think Nilaari could help, don’t hesitate to reach out directly. Just give us a call on 0117 952 5742, and we will arrange an initial meeting with one of our practitioners.
