Catch22 - Support Into Work
Our core employability programmes equip individuals facing barriers to work with the skills and confidence they need to sustain in work or training.
Each person we work with receives:
• Flexible, face-to-face community-based sessions with a dedicated Catch22 advisor,
• Group development sessions,
• A unique action plan,
• Support on CV writing, job searching and interview preparation,
• Access to training support to upskill and undergo accredited training, and
• An advisor working with you and your employer for up to twelve months in a new role.
